Wonderful New Series of Children's
Books
"The Adventures Of Elliott Parks" is a wonderful new series
of children's books created by Boston author Maria Lisa Hartgrove. The
main character, "Elliott Parks" is an eight year old boy from
a multi-racial family. "Elliott Parks" teaches us Love, Tolerance,
Patience and Understanding as he takes us through his daily adventures
of life. The first book in the series, "Elliott Wants A Puppy",
teaches children about the responsibilities of pet owning. In the second
book, "Elliott Welcomes His New Cousin KIM LEE", "Elliott"
learns about adoption and how families come together in many different
ways. Both books are available now. The third installment, "A Winter
Coat For Kyle", teaches children about sharing and giving to those
who are less fortunate and will be released soon.
This is a terrific series of learning books for beginning readers (grades
K through 4). "Elliott Parks" teaches children using child friendly
language and humor. The books are loaded with colorful, fun illustrations
which encourage children to draw and express themselves artistically.
The author, Maria Lisa Hartgrove, has been featured on Disney Radio Boston,
WBZ's Jordan Rich Show (Boston), Disney Radio Florida, and has made a
number of appearances throughout Greater Boston and New England, where
she has read to children and delighted her audiences.
Maria is very passionate about this series and the lessons that she brings
to children through "Elliott Parks". The series has been developing
a following in the North Shore area of Boston, Ma., however, Maria is
actively attempting to reach so many more. She is more than willing to
do more interviews, readings, guest appearances etc. in order to bring
"The Adventures Of Elliott Parks" to the world. Please feel
free to explore "Elliott's" web site and help spread the word
about this wonderful new series. The books are available through this
web site as well as online at www.Amazon.com
www.BarnesandNoble.com www.Target.com
to name a few.
Thank you for your support.
